A guest post is a publication of an article on a third-party authoritative web resource that contains a natural link to your site with native (non-direct) advertising. This is an effective external strategy successful SEO promotion, as it allows you to increase the authority of your resource, increase its visibility in search, which means attract new visitors. 

Determining the number of guest posts per month depends on several factors: 

• the type and scale of your resource (what exactly do you have – a landing page, business card site, corporate site, Internet-shop, information portal etc);
• analysis of the quality and quantity of competitors' backlinks; 
• budget that you can allocate every month. 

Usually, you need to order at least 7-8 gesture posts per month. There is no upper limit.

Regular guest posting helps increase the number of quality backlinks to your website (improve traffic). This has a positive effect on the organic traffic of the resource.
